Learn how to make fresh long grain pastas including Tagliatelle, Linguini, Pappardelle, Fettuccine, and

cuttlefish ink pasta. Gain or refine your skills and add another pasta dough recipe to your collection;

perfecting your kneading, rolling, and cutting techniques.

During the class, we will make and taste the classic dish of Southern Italy; Orecchiette Pasta with

Sausage and Broccoli Rabe paired with the Sicilian red wine, Nero d’avola. After some pasta making and

tasting, you will get to take your creations home to cook and share.

Bottles will be available for purchase to take home as well.

Picnic baskets will be available for pre-order before class.
