About the event
The summer edition of our most popular cooking class is back!
Under the tutelage of MEATBAR's Chef de Cuisine, Adam Weissmann, you'll discover how to stuff and fold fresh-made pasta with the traditional spiced-pork filling of the Emilia-Romagna region, take home what you make, and get recipe tips. At this fun and casual event, owner's Kelsey and Alex Hebert will be pouring you some specially selected Italian wines while you 'work', and offering a helping hand. Bottles will also be available for purchase to take home at a discounted price!
