CHEF ADAM WEISMANN WILL LEAD YOU THROUGH THE TRADITIONAL PROCESS OF MAKING FRESH TORTELLINI FROM SCRATCH. YOU’LL LEARN THE ART OF MAKING FRESH PASTA DOUGH, STUFFING AND ROLLING TECHNIQUE, AND FINALLY CLASSIC PREPARATION STYLES AND A SAMPLING OF CHEF’S FAVORITE TORTELLINI RECIPE. EMPHASIS ON THE FUN, WE WILL ALSO SAMPLE FINE, FAMILY OWNED ITALIAN WINES THAT PAIR FABULOUSLY WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT YOU’LL BE TAKING HOME.
