professional techniques of making emulsified sauces and learn how to poach perfect eggs.

Students will pair into groups and cook Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Artisanal Greens in Vinaigrette,

Herb Oven Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Aioli. After some hard work, students will taste their menu

creations and enjoy it with a Summer Seasonal Mimosa.
