In this class we will advance into more technical skills taking you closer to becoming a pasta chef in your own home!

Learn how to make Squid Ink Spaghetti, Potato Gnocchi, and local Meat Mousseline Tortellini. We will

taste the classic “Spaghetti alla nero” paired with the Sicilian red wine, Nero d’avola. After some pasta

making and tasting, you will get to take your creations home to cook and share.

Attendance to Justylyn's Basic Pasta Class not necessary for admission to this class. 

Bottles will be available for purchase to take home as well.
