Potstickers, and Filipino Lumpia Shanghai.
Learn how to make the varies types of dim sum and how to
make your own fillings and dipping sauces from scratch.
We will demonstrate how to fold potstickers, shumai, and egg rolls using wonton and wheat flour
wrappers. Sample your tasty creations with a beer pairing and take your dim sum home to share.
