Come join us as we make some of our dim sum favorites: Beef Potstickers, Filipino Lumpia Shanghai, and

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Learn how to make the various types of dim sum; make your own fillings

and dipping sauces from scratch.

We will demonstrate how to fold potstickers, egg rolls, and fresh spring rolls using wheat flour, spring

roll, and rice wrappers. Sample your tasty creations with a beer pairing and take your dim sum home to

share.

Bottles will be available for purchase after the class. Pre-made Beef Potsticker and Filipino Lumpia

Shanghai fillings will also be available for purchase.

Picnic baskets will be available for pre-order before class.
